As The Poet Libby LLC enters its fifth year, it continues to reflect the journey of Libby, a poet, life coach, and mental health advocate from Florida, USA.
The Poet Libby was born out of Libby’s personal experiences with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and the life-changing discovery in 2022 that she is on the autism spectrum. Guided by Jah and her deeply rooted spirituality, Libby has found resilience and purpose amidst life’s trials.
In 2020, poetry became her sanctuary—a space to process and express her complex emotions. Like CoStar’s poetic insight, she “knows every emotion like an old friend.” Her words have since become a bridge, connecting others to hope, healing, and self-discovery.
Libby’s mission is clear: to shine light on the paths out of darkness, drawing from her experiences to inspire and uplift. Through The Poet Libby LLC, she strives to guide others toward living their fullest, most authentic lives. With a deep belief in the transformative power of coaching and connection, she hopes to empower others to overcome challenges and embrace their boundless potential.
