As The Poet Libby LLC enters its sixth year, it stands as a reflection of Libby’s evolving journey as a poet, life coach, and mental health advocate based in Florida, USA.
The Poet Libby was born from lived experience. Through navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and the life-changing discovery in 2022 that she is on the autism spectrum, Libby learned how deeply expression, self-understanding, and faith can transform a life. Guided by Jah and grounded in spirituality, she has continued to find purpose and clarity through seasons of challenge and growth.
In 2020, poetry became a sanctuary. What began as a private practice of survival and self-reflection grew into a public offering of language that names emotions many struggle to articulate. Libby writes with an intimate awareness of feeling, approaching each emotion with familiarity, care, and honesty. Her words have become a bridge connecting people to healing, self-discovery, and hope.
At its core, The Poet Libby LLC exists to illuminate paths forward. Drawing from personal experience and professional training, Libby’s work centers on authenticity, resilience, and emotional clarity. Through poetry, coaching, and creative offerings, she supports others in reconnecting with themselves and moving toward lives that feel aligned and whole.
