Libby Alien aka The Poet LIbby

I’m here to ignite a revolution—a fusion of boldness and freedom. I will challenge the rigid beliefs, break the taboos, and bring the passion back to life. It’s time to expand your mind and align with the evolving nature of love. We are changing, and love is evolving with us. Together, let’s leave behind a legacy of love—one that dismantles outdated norms and creates space for pure feelings, real intentions, and true connection.

I began writing poetry in 2008, at 13 years old, developing a deep interest in words from an early age. I was captivated by the rhythm of rhymes and the immense power words hold. My poetry started as a way to release the energy swirling in my mind—energy that would have otherwise stayed trapped, due to my limited communication skills at the time. These early poems, often resembling journal entries, mostly reflected my teenage love life. Love has always held a special place in my heart, both literally and figuratively. My December Collection highlights some of these throwback pieces, marking the first wave of my niche development.

For many years, I paused my poetry due to a lack of inspiration. Though I’d occasionally gather some words here and there, I didn’t know how to turn them into something I could truly develop or monetize. At the time, I didn’t see poetry as a worthwhile venture. I was also hard on myself, discouraged by the sad and cynical tone of my content. I didn’t think there was a market for broken hearts—but boy, was I wrong!

Now, my poetry has taken off and evolved into a new phase. I use it as a creative outlet to support my mental health. The freedom of releasing my words has been incredibly liberating. Poetry helps me process complex emotions, allowing me to thrive in my relationships and showcase my now-strong communication skills.

I love how I’ve gathered a community of like-minded individuals who resonate with my pain and growth. I’m excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to see how far I can take my message!
